Zumba to the Oldies and HCG Weight Loss Camp Our program is like none other on the market.
We offer a weight loss program to lose weight fast in a healthy and fun environment. You are welcome to our Zumba class, even if you do not need to lose any weight.

We also introduce you to the fun and calorie burning exercise of Zumba Gold. We keep the exercise to around 30-45 minutes during class. Please email us if you are interested in being a part of this fun weight loss program.
For those of you who live near our weight loss camp, you are still able to carry on your daily activities without moving away from home. We meet each week for group training and exercise. You will learn what foods to buy while on the HCG to the Oldies Weight Loss Program.
We call it "Oldies" because we use all oldies music for our Zumba Gold exercises. Anyone over the age of 18 can be a part of our Oldies Weight Loss Camp. This camp is for adults with several pounds to lose. We cater to the super obese clients but anyone is welcome.
NOTE: Many websites are offering homeopathic HCG. This is not actually HCG at all. The Food and Drug Administration says over-the-counter HCG weight-loss drugs are illegal.
